By accessing TrendLeap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and generated outputs.
2. AI Content Disclaimer
TrendLeap uses AI models and search data to generate product ideas. All outputs are provided for informational and creative planning purposes only. We do not guarantee sales outcomes or commercial success.
3. Usage License
Subject to your plan (Starter or Pro), TrendLeap grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated product ideas for your own business or creative projects. Reverse-engineering the platform or bulk-scraping our index is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TrendLeap or its creators be liable for financial losses, inventory overhead, or missed outcomes resulting from platform use. You assume all risk associated with product manufacturing, listing, and marketing decisions.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend access to the Vault or product idea engine for any user violating fair-use policies or engaging in abusive search behavior.
